Because I wanted to share the benefits of the solar panel system I’ve created a SolarEdge WordPress plugin. This plugin will show the environmental benefits from the SolarEdge monitoring system. (check out the Lighting Solar & Electrical review here)
Translation may be provided via the plugin configuration. Because the plugin is not available via the plug-in installer, Download the plugin here and install it manually.

API Settings
The Side ID and API key can be generated in the SolarEdge monitoring portal.
Colors
Provide the colors you prefer. Environmental green for example?
Translations
Because there is not a lot of text available I’ve decided to make the translation configurable in the admin panel. This way everybody can do their own translation without having to struggle with language files.
With admin panel it’s easy to configure the plugin.
Great plugin. The only problem I have that you only can add one site id and api key. Also when I downloaded the plugin it shows version 0.9 while in de text above it is version 1.0. I am not so familar with php so I do need some hints how to add a second site id and api key.
Hi Piet,
Sadly enough it only supports one API. I’m not sure if I can change it to support multiple.
I’ll change the version number. Sorry for that.
Great plugin Harold.
We have 3 installations. I have bypassed the single API usage by adding 2 sites with one page only. Poor solution, but it works.
Same applies for the WP Solar plugin.

How do you calculate co2 emission reduced?
I don’t. It is calculated by SolarEdge. I just show the numbers.
Thanks Harold, nice plug-in. I discovered that the somehow competitive WP Solar plug-in from another person has disappeared from the repository due to legal issues. Would love to see other data from SolarEdge in your work.
Hi Miro,
I did this project for a friend and decided to share it publicly.
Sorry, but i don’t have time to extend this project.
Kind regards,
Harold
I understand; maybe one day I will learn to code myself. Im am happy with this project as it is too.
